The main point of the Blackjack game

This is a game between player and dealer. The aim of the player is to get 21 points or the sum near the 21. If the sum of the point is more then 21, then the player loses his bet. The player can bets on one or several neighboring boxes marked on the table. This depends on the rules of concrete casino. The bets shouldn’t be more then maximum of the table and less then minimum of the table.

The way of Blackjack game

The player gets two cards at the beginning of the game to decide whether he needs additional cards. The dealer deals himself either one visible card or two cards one of which is turned inside out.

The player can take additional card or stop. The player can’t take one more card in case of the sum of his card is more then 21.

After the player has decided about his cards the dealer dials cards for himself. The dealer is obliged to take card if he has less then 17 points and to stop taking cards if he has 17 or more points.

The player will win if the general sum of his cards is more then the general sum of dealer’s points and no more then 21 and vise versa. In case of the general sums of both player and dealer are the same, there are no winner and no loser.

To count correctly the sum of the card points you should know the following values of the cards:

The Ace is 11 or 1 point, depending on the player’s wishing.

The meaning of the cards from “2” to “10” corresponds to their face value.

The Kings, Queens and Valets all has 10 points value.

The Blackjack is a combination of the Ace and one of the cards with 10 points value. It can be dialed only on the first two cards of any playing box and is paid in the correlation of 3:2.

All the other bets are paid in the correlation of 1:1 (excluding the special payment).

The Blackjack combination wins in all cases except dealer has Blackjack. In this situation the player doesn’t win and doesn’t lose.

Double bet

In situation when the player has only 2 cards with the sum of points unequaled 21, he can double his bet. In this case he must make bet that is equal to his first bet. After that the player gets only one card independently of its value.

Split

In case the first two cards of player have the same value, for instance two 10 or two Kings and etc, such combination can be divided into two new ones. Then the player has to double his first bet. Haven divided the cards, dealer distributes additional cards to the player to his first hand. And haven finished the game the dealer switches to the second hand. If after division the player has the combination of Ace and the card with value of 10, it won’t be the Black Jack. This is the sum of 21 points. If this is a split of the Aces, the player gets the only one additional card at the each hand. If after the split and distributing the player has other cards with the same value, the new splits are possible for several times, depending on the casino’s rules.

Insurance

The player can make insurance bet equaled to the half of the first bet in case of the first dealer’s card is the Ace. This insurance wins 2:1 if the dealer has Black Jack, and loses in all other cases. Playing in several boxes there is a possibility of dividing insurance in all boxes or several, with showed or hidden cards.

Surrender

The player can refuse the game having the first two cards. In this case he loses the half of his first bet.
